Financial Policy

Verdant Foundational Health is not currently contracted with any commercially available insurance companies.  We are a fee-for-service model and we request that all payments are rendered at the time of your appointment.  We will provide superbills as needed for you after your visit is complete, so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for your out-of-pocket costs.

Labs and most medications are typically covered by your insurance policy, dependent upon your insurance company and your deductible.
